When Uber needed a partner to kick off one of its boldest initiatives since launching the rideshare revolution, Uber came to Publicis Experiential for an event where not just content, but a game-changing conversation about transit and mobility, could be king.

Spanning Silicon Valley to NASA, the Uber Elevate Summit convened the aviation innovators, regulators, venture capitalists and civic officials who are taking personal on-demand air travel — flying cars — from science fiction to reality.

This event required a flawless experience whose every detail was designed to maximize the precious time of a unique mix of people. We partnered with Uber from planning to liftoff to deliver two days of real-time collaboration and research-sharing among 400+ influential attendees.
